CANCELATION POLICY

eClicknTech Pvt Ltd has maintained a very neat and clean cancellation policy as follows.

1. Once an order is placed by the client then it can’t be canceled after 12 hours of order placed.
2. Cancelation will not be accepted on any service offered by eClicknTech on any special occasion like Christmas, Holi, Diwali, Thanksgiving, New year, etc.
3. To resolve the third-party issue raised by any third-party software like plugins, extensions, etc. an extra cost will be applicable.

REFUND POLICY

1. Once the project is completed within time but you are not satisfied with any service or if there is anything which is not exactly as you asked and we promised then report your concern with the concerned customer within 24 hours we will take the most effective steps afterward.
2. For SEO if you have paid the cost for the first month and going to pay for the next month then it is accepted by you that you are satisfied with our SEO services offering to you till now, traffic, rankings, etc.
